《政治人类学评论（第18辑）》“经济社会学与企业海外民族志专刊”正式发布

1月20日下午，由亚马逊a永久免费服务器、社会科学文献出版社共同主办，亚马逊a永久免费服务器经济社会学与跨国企业研究中心（IESM）、《政治人类学评论》编辑部联合承办的《政治人类学评论（第18辑）》“经济社会学与企业海外民族志专刊”发布会在亚马逊a永久免费服务器举行，“社会学之思”公众号线上同步直播。

On the afternoon of January 20, co-sponsored by the School of Sociological and Political Science of Shanghai University and the Social Science Academic Press(SSAP), and co-organized by the Institute of Economic Sociology and Multinationals（IESM）of Shanghai University and the editorial board of Political Anthropology Review, the "Special Issue on Overseas Ethnographies of Economic Sociology and Enterprises" of Political Anthropology Review (18th Series) was held. The launch was held at the School of Sociological and Political Science of Shanghai University, and was synchronized with a live broadcast on the Wechat channel "Sociological Thinking"（社会学之思）.

发布会由中心主任刘玉照教授主持，社会科学文献出版社纪委书记刘德顺、亚马逊a永久免费服务器院长黄晓春致辞，北京大学社会学系刘世定教授、清华大学社会学系沈原教授、浙江师范大学非洲研究院徐薇教授、北京中开华通集团股份有限公司首席战略官周振邦先生、上海新汇文化娱乐集团总经理程峰先生、中国-欧洲文化艺术体育协会主席、匈牙利韦伦采市市长助理马文俊先生、社会科学文献出版社皮书分社副社长陈颖编审、《政治人类学评论》主编陶庆教授等来自国内外高校和多个行业的专家、学者，以及澎湃新闻、观察者网、Six Tone的记者等30余人作为嘉宾参加了线下发布会，线上直播得到了社会公众的热情关注和参与。

《政治人类学评论》（Political Anthropolpgy Review）是上海师范大学马克思主义学院作为“主办单位”、北京大学国家治理研究院（教育部人文社科重点研究基地）作为“支持单位”的国内第一份政治人类学专业的学术集刊，旨在紧扣“权力—权利”互动博弈逻辑，运用田野调查、民族志文本撰写和扎根理论提炼等“三位一体”的扎根理论方法论，展开交叉跨学科综合性研究。本辑共五篇文章，“名家访谈”栏目，通过对北京大学社会学系教授、亚马逊a永久免费服务器经济社会学与跨国企业研究中心学术委员会主任刘世定先生的访谈，从学科建设角度，以人类学“口述史”方法深入研究了新政治人类学与经济社会学等不同学科，在学术自觉视角下探索中国知识自主体系的动因与历程，揭示出“田野调查”在当下社会科学现代化与中国化中的地位与作用。后面四篇文章以民族志的“深描”手法，深入研究“一带一路”倡议下我国企业“走出去”开拓海外市场（主要是非洲）过程中的文化适应与社会变迁等重大课题。

Political Anthropology Review is the first domestic political anthropology journal organized by the School of Marxism of Shanghai Normal University and supported by the Institute of National Governance Studies of Peking University (a key research base for humanities and social sciences under the Ministry of Education). It is the first academic journal specializing in political anthropology in China, aiming to closely follow the logic of the interactive game of "power-right", and to apply the " three-in-one " methodology of rooted theory, including field research, ethnographic text writing and grounded theory refining. The aim of the journal is to carry out cross-disciplinary research by utilizing the "three-in-one" methodology of field research, ethnographic text writing and rootedness theory refinement. This collection consists of five articles. The column "Interviews with Famous Artists" features an interview with Mr. Liu Shiding, Professor of the Department of Sociology at Peking University and Director of the Academic Committee of the Center for Economic Sociology and Multinational Enterprises at Shanghai University. From the perspective of disciplinary construction, the column examined deeply the motivation and history of China's intellectual autonomy system from the perspective of academic self-consciousness by using the method of anthropological "oral history" to explore different disciplines such as new political anthropology and economic sociology, and revealed the role of "field research" in the modernization and Chinese-ization of social sciences nowadays. It also reveals the position and role of "fieldwork" in the modernization and Sinicization of social sciences at present. In the latter four articles, the ethnographic "Thick description" approach is used to study in-depth the cultural adaptation and social changes in the process of China's enterprises going out to open up overseas markets (mainly in Africa) under the Belt and Road Initiative, and to explore the role of "field research" in the modernization and Chinese-ization of social sciences. 社会科学文献出版社纪委书记刘德顺、亚马逊a永久免费服务器院长黄晓春出席发布会并代表主办单位致辞。刘德顺书记介绍了社会科学文献出版社在学术期刊出版方面的发展成果，并表达了对于出版社与社会学学术共同体保持紧密合作的期待，对本期专刊的出版发行表示祝贺。刘德顺书记指出，“平台需要内容，而内容本身又在形塑平台”，社会科学文献出版社为学术集刊建立了专门的集刊全文数据库，该库共收录集刊402种，2800余集，人员专业，内容丰富，体系完善，他还希望能有更多社会学界同仁关注和支持“社会学之思”这一知识传播和信息发布平台。

Liu Deshun, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the Social Sciences Academic Press, and Huang Xiaochun, Dean of the School of Sociological and Political Science of Shanghai University, attended the conference and delivered speeches on behalf of the organizers. Dean Huang Xiaochun pointed out that the release of the Special Issue on Economic Sociology and Overseas Ethnography of Enterprises in Political Anthropology Review (18th Series) not only reflects the growth process of the community of teachers and students in the School of Sociology of Shanghai University, who have in-depth theoretical concern, are not afraid of challenges, and overcome obstacles, but also shows that IESM is committed to promoting the contemporary Chinese society through field research in overseas sociology.

随后，刘世定教授、沈原教授、刘德顺书记、黄晓春院长共同为为《政治人类学评论（第18辑）》“经济社会学与企业海外民族志专刊”揭幕，之后，《政治人类学评论》主编陶庆教授，本辑责任编辑陈颖副社长、中心主任刘玉照教授、联合主任严俊副教授与本期专刊内容作者王元腾、熊健然、乐鹏举、郭先举、黄嘉欣等上台，与新刊合影留念。

Afterwards, Prof. Liu Shiding, Prof. Shen Yuan, Secretary Liu Deshun, and Dean Huang Xiaochun unveiled the " Special Issue on Economic Sociology and Overseas Ethnography of Enterprises " of the Political Anthropology Review (18th Series), and then Prof. Tao Qing, Editor-in-Chief of the Political Anthropology Review, Ms.Chen Ying, Editor-in-Charge of the Series, Prof. Liu Yuzhao, Director of the IESM, and Associate Prof. Yen Jun, who is also the Co-Director of the IESM, and the authors of the special issue, including Wang Yuan-teng, Xiong Jian-ran, Le Peng-ju, Guo Xian-zhu, and Huang Jia-Xin, took pictures together to commemorate the launching of the new issue.

揭幕仪式后，陶庆教授、刘世定教授、严俊副教授、陈颖副社长分别从不同方面对专刊进行了介绍，分享了他们参与专刊的组织、创作、编辑、出版的理念与体会。陶庆教授回顾了刘世定教授在专刊访谈中提出的学术自觉与跨学科组合创新思想，指出经济学、社会学、政治学与田野研究相融合正是在跨学科组合背景下展开的。沿着这一思想脉络，陶庆教授重申了新政治人类学范式的四要素与三机制，四要素包括：权力要素、田野要素、民族志要素和扎根理论；三机制则包括：政治学科学化、人类学政治化、民族志写文化，陶庆教授希望未来研究者们能够在此基础上继续推动新政治人类学的发展。

After the unveiling ceremony, Prof. Tao Qing, Prof. Liu Shiding, Associate Prof. Yan Jun, and Ms. Chen Ying introduced the special issue from different aspects, and shared their concepts and experiences of participating in the organization, creation, editing, and publication of the special issue.Prof. Tao Qing recalled the idea of academic self-awareness and interdisciplinary combination of innovation put forward by Prof. Liu Shiding in the interview of the special issue. Prof. Tao Qing pointing out that the integration of economics, sociology, political science and field research is precisely carried out in the context of interdisciplinary combination. Along this line of thought, Prof. Tao Qing reiterated the four elements and three mechanisms of the new political anthropology paradigm, which include: power, field, ethnography, and the grounded theory; and the three mechanisms include: the scientization of political science, the politicization of anthropology, and the writing culture by ethnography, on which he hoped that the future researchers would continue to promote the development of the new political anthropology.

刘世定教授在发言中指出，在《政治人类学评论》期刊与社科文献出版社的支持下， “经济社会学与企业海外民族志专刊”展现了IESM的最新研究成果和发展方向。刘世定教授表示，IESM的研究宗旨在于把经济学和社会学结合起来，共同推动经济社会学基础理论的发展，在经济社会学领域中探索和开辟具有国际视野的跨学科理论范式。刘世定教授引用了社会学家沃勒斯坦“开放社会科学”思想，强调：历史学、人类学、社会学、政治学与经济学之于现代大学具有重要意义，而像专刊这种经济社会学跨学科研究和海外民族志相结合的做法，正反映出怀有学术自觉的研究者们在现代大学核心领域中对发展与创新基础理论的追求。

Prof. Liu Shiding pointed out in his speech that the special issue reflects the latest research results and development direction of IESM with the support of the Journal of Political Anthropology Review and SSAP. Prof. Liu Shiding said that the research aim of IESM is to combine economics and sociology to jointly promote the development of the basic theories of economic sociology, and to explore an interdisciplinary theoretical paradigm with an international perspective in the field of economic sociology. Citing the sociologist Wallerstein's idea in "Open Social Science", Prof. Liu Shiding emphasized that history, anthropology, sociology, political science and economics are of great significance to the modern university, and the combination of interdisciplinary research in economics and sociology and overseas ethnography, such as this special issue, reflects the quest of academically conscious researchers to develop and innovate grounded theory in the core areas of the modern university.

作为专刊的主创代表，严俊副教授代表IESM向大家介绍了四篇民族志风格经验研究的缘起与逻辑脉络。其一，“文化共通与利益共赢之路”的研究延续了乐鹏举同学从硕士阶段发端的利用“利益-规范”双重博弈分析文化创意产业的思路，研究揭示了政府、企业和海外社会三方主体围绕中国企业海外电视广播项目展开的丰富互动。其二，“跨文化日常生活中的相互理解和文化适应”这篇报告源于张冲同学对于中国企业在非洲推广经济作物种植业务的关注，展现了业务运作过程中双方信任不充分，情感不适应和权利不对等的互动状态。其三，“走出文化冲突中的‘认知陷阱’”这篇研究来自熊健然同学对于中国企业处理海外资产事件的长期考察，分析了在海外子公司“破产”过程中，中国企业与海外社会在认知偏误状态下的“利益-规范”互动行为。其四，“援外身份转变中的情感调适与互动策略”这篇研究缘于郭先举同学对于中国对外援助农业技术过程的田野调查，探究了援助者和受援助者在不同关系组合下的微妙互动过程，提出情感调试机制对上述过程的影响。

On behalf of IESM, Associate Professor Yan Jun, as one of the authors of the special issue, introduced the origin and logic of the four ethnographic studies. Firstly, the study of "Cultural Cooperation and Win-win Interests" continues the idea of analyzing cultural and creative industries by using the dual game of "interests and norms" started by Le Pengju from his master's degree, and reveals the rich interactions among the government, enterprises and overseas society around the Chinese enterprises' overseas TV broadcasting projects. Secondly, the report "Mutual Understanding and Acculturation in Intercultural Daily Life" is based on Zhang Chong's concern about Chinese enterprises' promotion of cash crop planting business in Africa, which reveals the interaction between the two parties in the process of business operation with insufficient trust, emotional disconfort and unequal rights. Third, the study " Getting out of the ‘Cognitive Trap’ in Cultural Conflict" comes from XiongJianran's long-term study on Chinese enterprises' handling of overseas assets, which analyzes the "bankruptcy" process of Chinese enterprises in their overseas subsidiaries. The study analyzes the "interest-norm" interaction between Chinese enterprises and overseas societies in the process of "bankruptcy" of overseas subsidiaries under the state of cognitive bias. Fourthly, the study " Emotional Adaptation and Interaction Strategies in the Transformation of Foreign Aid Identity" is based on Guo Xianju's field research on China's foreign aid to agricultural technology, which explores the subtle interaction process between aid donors and aid recipients in different relationship combinations, and suggests the influence of emotional adjustment mechanisms on the above process.

作为本辑专刊的责任编辑，陈颖副社长对专刊的出版发行表示祝贺。她指出，刚刚过去的2023年恰是“一带一路”十周年，在这十年中，中国企业走出去，有成功有失败，专刊里的四篇文章真实呈现了中国企业走出去的四个代表性案例，给了正在和将要走出去的中国企业以借鉴，有助于走出去的企业关注问题、绕过险坑。

As the responsible editor of the special issue of this series, Ms. Chen Ying congratulated the publication and launch of the special issue. She pointed out that the past 2023 is the 10th anniversary of "One Belt, One Road", in which Chinese enterprises have gone out with both successes and failures. The four articles in the special issue present four representative cases of Chinese enterprises going out, which give Chinese enterprises that are going out or will be going out a reference and help them pay attention to the problems and bypass the dangerous pitfalls. 针对研究内容，沈原教授梳理提炼出跨国互动者在不同文化背景下如何建立情感关系、国家在场或不在场的情况下企业呈现何种不同互动特征两个问题，并建议未来研究者在发展“利益-规范”双重博弈理论时要进一步补充和提炼勾连基础概念和实践经验的中间变量。

徐薇教授指出，研究者要注意考量西方理论之于非洲田野材料的适用性，思考运用西方理论能否充分解释非洲本土问题和在中国与非洲相遇的过程中产生的现实问题，她希望参与海外田野的学者和学生多多倾听对象国学者的观点，多与这些学者展开合作。

Prof. Xu Wei pointed out that researchers should pay attention to the applicability of Western theories to African field materials, and consider whether Western theories can adequately explain African local problems and the real problems arising from China's encounter with Africa. She hoped that scholars and students participating in overseas fieldwork would listen more to the viewpoints of scholars from the host countries, and collaborate more with these scholars.

周振邦先生结合自己参与工业园区策划与建设的经历，同大家分享了中国企业在境外参与投资开发的经验教训。他提出，自己对论文中所涉及的跨国博弈、文化交流、情感互动以及海外国人惯于延续母国社会思维模式与行动等内容有深刻共鸣和感触。

Mr. Zhou Zhenbang shared with the audience the lessons learned from Chinese enterprises' participation in investment and development outside China, taking into account his own experience in the planning and construction of industrial parks. He suggested that he had deep resonance and feelings about transnational games, cultural exchanges, emotional interactions, and foreigners' habitual continuation of their home country's social mindset and actions, etc.

作为上大社会学院优秀毕业生与资深媒体人，程峰先生主张从费孝通先生的“各美其美，美人之美，美美与共，天下大同”出发来理解新一轮中国企业“走出去”，他认为现阶段中国文化“走出去”虽然面临着很多问题，但也有诸多机遇，中国企业与同胞在走出去时既要有文化自信又要尊重他者文化。

As an outstanding graduate of the School of Sociological and Political Science of Shanghai University and a senior media person, Mr. Cheng Feng advocated to understand the new generation of Chinese enterprises from the perspective of Mr. Fei Xiaotong's saying: "One should first of all respect one's own culture; and also appreciate the culture of others for the prosperity of human civilization"（各美其美，美人之美，美美与共，天下大同）. He believes that at this stage, although Chinese is facing a lot of problems, there are also a lot of opportunities for Chinese enterprises and compatriots to go out with cultural confidence and respect for other's culture.

马文俊先生带来了一段匈牙利华人华侨协会的视频，该视频展示了海外侨胞们和当地人们一起庆祝中国传统节日端午节的景象，在匈华人华侨与当地民众赛龙舟、包粽子，在欢声笑语与亲和尊重中共同分享中国文化的魅力。

Mr. Ma Wenjun brought a video of Hungarian Overseas Chinese Association, which showed the scene of overseas Chinese and local people celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival, a traditional Chinese festival, in which Hungarian Overseas Chinese and local people raced dragon boats, wrapped zongzi, and shared the charms of Chinese culture with laughter and affinity and respect.

在发布会最后，刘玉照主任特别感谢各位嘉宾同仁对于IESM发展的关心与支持。IESM成立于2019年7月份，在过去四年多时间间，虽然经历了疫情，但是已在13个国家开展了海外中国企业的田野调查，指导完成了9篇硕士论文，每篇研究都包含了大量关于中国企业走出去的鲜活案例与理论思考。本次专刊发布会，集中呈现了4位博士生的研究成果，在不久的将来，中心将会有更多精彩成果与大家分享。

At the end of the conference, Director Liu Yuzhao especially thanked all the guests and colleagues for their concern and support for the development of IESM. IESM was founded in July 2019, and in the past four years, although it has experienced the epidemic, it has carried out field surveys of overseas Chinese enterprises in 13 countries, and guided the completion of nine master's theses, each of which contains a large number of vivid cases and theoretical reflections of Chinese enterprises going abroad. 《政治人类学评论》（Political Anthropolpgy Review）是上海师范大学马克思主义学院作为“主办单位”、北京大学国家治理研究院（教育部人文社科重点研究基地）作为“支持单位”的国内第一份政治人类学专业的学术集刊，旨在紧扣“权力—权利”互动博弈逻辑，运用田野调查、民族志文本撰写和扎根理论提炼等“三位一体”的扎根理论方法论，展开交叉跨学科综合性研究。本辑共五篇文章，“名家访谈”栏目，通过对北京大学社会学系教授、亚马逊a永久免费服务器经济社会学与跨国企业研究中心学术委员会主任刘世定先生的访谈，从学科建设角度，以人类学“口述史”方法深入研究了新政治人类学与经济社会学等不同学科，在学术自觉视角下探索中国知识自主体系的动因与历程，揭示出“田野调查”在当下社会科学现代化与中国化中的地位与作用。后面四篇文章以民族志的“深描”手法，深入研究“一带一路”倡议下我国企业“走出去”开拓海外市场（主要是非洲）过程中的文化适应与社会变迁等重大课题。

Political Anthropology Review is the first domestic political anthropology journal organized by the School of Marxism of Shanghai Normal University and supported by the Institute of National Governance Studies of Peking University (a key research base for humanities and social sciences under the Ministry of Education). It is the first academic journal specializing in political anthropology in China, aiming to closely follow the logic of the interactive game of "power-right", and to apply the " three-in-one " methodology of rooted theory, including field research, ethnographic text writing and grounded theory refining. The aim of the journal is to carry out cross-disciplinary research by utilizing the "three-in-one" methodology of field research, ethnographic text writing and rootedness theory refinement. This collection consists of five articles. The column "Interviews with Famous Artists" features an interview with Mr. Liu Shiding, Professor of the Department of Sociology at Peking University and Director of the Academic Committee of the Center for Economic Sociology and Multinational Enterprises at Shanghai University. From the perspective of disciplinary construction, the column examined deeply the motivation and history of China's intellectual autonomy system from the perspective of academic self-consciousness by using the method of anthropological "oral history" to explore different disciplines such as new political anthropology and economic sociology, and revealed the role of "field research" in the modernization and Chinese-ization of social sciences nowadays. It also reveals the position and role of "fieldwork" in the modernization and Sinicization of social sciences at present. In the latter four articles, the ethnographic "Thick description" approach is used to study in-depth the cultural adaptation and social changes in the process of China's enterprises going out to open up overseas markets (mainly in Africa) under the Belt and Road Initiative, and to explore the role of "field research" in the modernization and Chinese-ization of social sciences. Liu Deshun, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the Social Sciences Academic Press, and Huang Xiaochun, Dean of the School of Sociological and Political Science of Shanghai University, attended the conference and delivered speeches on behalf of the organizers. Mr. Liu Deshun introduced the development achievements of Social Science Academic Press in the publication of academic journals, and expressed his expectation for close cooperation between the press and the academic community of sociology, and expressed his congratulations on the publication and launch of this special issue. Dean Huang Xiaochun pointed out that the release of the Special Issue on Economic Sociology and Overseas Ethnography of Enterprises in Political Anthropology Review (18th Series) not only reflects the growth process of the community of teachers and students in the School of Sociology of Shanghai University, who have in-depth theoretical concern, are not afraid of challenges, and overcome obstacles, but also shows that IESM is committed to promoting the contemporary Chinese society through field research in overseas sociology.

随后，刘世定教授、沈原教授、刘德顺书记、黄晓春院长共同为为《政治人类学评论（第18辑）》“经济社会学与企业海外民族志专刊”揭幕，之后，《政治人类学评论》主编陶庆教授，本辑责任编辑陈颖副社长、中心主任刘玉照教授、联合主任严俊副教授与本期专刊内容作者王元腾、熊健然、乐鹏举、郭先举、黄嘉欣等上台，与新刊合影留念。

揭幕仪式后，陶庆教授、刘世定教授、严俊副教授、陈颖副社长分别从不同方面对专刊进行了介绍，分享了他们参与专刊的组织、创作、编辑、出版的理念与体会。陶庆教授回顾了刘世定教授在专刊访谈中提出的学术自觉与跨学科组合创新思想，指出经济学、社会学、政治学与田野研究相融合正是在跨学科组合背景下展开的。沿着这一思想脉络，陶庆教授重申了新政治人类学范式的四要素与三机制，四要素包括：权力要素、田野要素、民族志要素和扎根理论；三机制则包括：政治学科学化、人类学政治化、民族志写文化，陶庆教授希望未来研究者们能够在此基础上继续推动新政治人类学的发展。

After the unveiling ceremony, Prof. Tao Qing, Prof. Liu Shiding, Associate Prof. Yan Jun, and Ms. Chen Ying introduced the special issue from different aspects, and shared their concepts and experiences of participating in the organization, creation, editing, and publication of the special issue.Prof. Tao Qing recalled the idea of academic self-awareness and interdisciplinary combination of innovation put forward by Prof. Liu Shiding in the interview of the special issue. Prof. Tao Qing pointing out that the integration of economics, sociology, political science and field research is precisely carried out in the context of interdisciplinary combination. Along this line of thought, Prof. Tao Qing reiterated the four elements and three mechanisms of the new political anthropology paradigm, which include: power, field, ethnography, and the grounded theory; and the three mechanisms include: the scientization of political science, the politicization of anthropology, and the writing culture by ethnography, on which he hoped that the future researchers would continue to promote the development of the new political anthropology.

刘世定教授在发言中指出，在《政治人类学评论》期刊与社科文献出版社的支持下， “经济社会学与企业海外民族志专刊”展现了IESM的最新研究成果和发展方向。刘世定教授表示，IESM的研究宗旨在于把经济学和社会学结合起来，共同推动经济社会学基础理论的发展，在经济社会学领域中探索和开辟具有国际视野的跨学科理论范式。刘世定教授引用了社会学家沃勒斯坦“开放社会科学”思想，强调：历史学、人类学、社会学、政治学与经济学之于现代大学具有重要意义，而像专刊这种经济社会学跨学科研究和海外民族志相结合的做法，正反映出怀有学术自觉的研究者们在现代大学核心领域中对发展与创新基础理论的追求。

Prof. Liu Shiding pointed out in his speech that the special issue reflects the latest research results and development direction of IESM with the support of the Journal of Political Anthropology Review and SSAP. Prof. Liu Shiding said that the research aim of IESM is to combine economics and sociology to jointly promote the development of the basic theories of economic sociology, and to explore an interdisciplinary theoretical paradigm with an international perspective in the field of economic sociology. Citing the sociologist Wallerstein's idea in "Open Social Science", Prof. Liu Shiding emphasized that history, anthropology, sociology, political science and economics are of great significance to the modern university, and the combination of interdisciplinary research in economics and sociology and overseas ethnography, such as this special issue, reflects the quest of academically conscious researchers to develop and innovate grounded theory in the core areas of the modern university.

作为专刊的主创代表，严俊副教授代表IESM向大家介绍了四篇民族志风格经验研究的缘起与逻辑脉络。其一，“文化共通与利益共赢之路”的研究延续了乐鹏举同学从硕士阶段发端的利用“利益-规范”双重博弈分析文化创意产业的思路，研究揭示了政府、企业和海外社会三方主体围绕中国企业海外电视广播项目展开的丰富互动。其二，“跨文化日常生活中的相互理解和文化适应”这篇报告源于张冲同学对于中国企业在非洲推广经济作物种植业务的关注，展现了业务运作过程中双方信任不充分，情感不适应和权利不对等的互动状态。其三，“走出文化冲突中的‘认知陷阱’”这篇研究来自熊健然同学对于中国企业处理海外资产事件的长期考察，分析了在海外子公司“破产”过程中，中国企业与海外社会在认知偏误状态下的“利益-规范”互动行为。其四，“援外身份转变中的情感调适与互动策略”这篇研究缘于郭先举同学对于中国对外援助农业技术过程的田野调查，探究了援助者和受援助者在不同关系组合下的微妙互动过程，提出情感调试机制对上述过程的影响。

On behalf of IESM, Associate Professor Yan Jun, as one of the authors of the special issue, introduced the origin and logic of the four ethnographic studies. Firstly, the study of "Cultural Cooperation and Win-win Interests" continues the idea of analyzing cultural and creative industries by using the dual game of "interests and norms" started by Le Pengju from his master's degree, and reveals the rich interactions among the government, enterprises and overseas society around the Chinese enterprises' overseas TV broadcasting projects. Third, the study " Getting out of the ‘Cognitive Trap’ in Cultural Conflict" comes from XiongJianran's long-term study on Chinese enterprises' handling of overseas assets, which analyzes the "bankruptcy" process of Chinese enterprises in their overseas subsidiaries. The study analyzes the "interest-norm" interaction between Chinese enterprises and overseas societies in the process of "bankruptcy" of overseas subsidiaries under the state of cognitive bias. Fourthly, the study " Emotional Adaptation and Interaction Strategies in the Transformation of Foreign Aid Identity" is based on Guo Xianju's field research on China's foreign aid to agricultural technology, which explores the subtle interaction process between aid donors and aid recipients in different relationship combinations, and suggests the influence of emotional adjustment mechanisms on the above process.

作为本辑专刊的责任编辑，陈颖副社长对专刊的出版发行表示祝贺。她指出，刚刚过去的2023年恰是“一带一路”十周年，在这十年中，中国企业走出去，有成功有失败，专刊里的四篇文章真实呈现了中国企业走出去的四个代表性案例，给了正在和将要走出去的中国企业以借鉴，有助于走出去的企业关注问题、绕过险坑。

As the responsible editor of the special issue of this series, Ms. Chen Ying congratulated the publication and launch of the special issue. She pointed out that the past 2023 is the 10th anniversary of "One Belt, One Road", in which Chinese enterprises have gone out with both successes and failures. 针对研究内容，沈原教授梳理提炼出跨国互动者在不同文化背景下如何建立情感关系、国家在场或不在场的情况下企业呈现何种不同互动特征两个问题，并建议未来研究者在发展“利益-规范”双重博弈理论时要进一步补充和提炼勾连基础概念和实践经验的中间变量。

徐薇教授指出，研究者要注意考量西方理论之于非洲田野材料的适用性，思考运用西方理论能否充分解释非洲本土问题和在中国与非洲相遇的过程中产生的现实问题，她希望参与海外田野的学者和学生多多倾听对象国学者的观点，多与这些学者展开合作。

Prof. Xu Wei pointed out that researchers should pay attention to the applicability of Western theories to African field materials, and consider whether Western theories can adequately explain African local problems and the real problems arising from China's encounter with Africa. She hoped that scholars and students participating in overseas fieldwork would listen more to the viewpoints of scholars from the host countries, and collaborate more with these scholars.

周振邦先生结合自己参与工业园区策划与建设的经历，同大家分享了中国企业在境外参与投资开发的经验教训。他提出，自己对论文中所涉及的跨国博弈、文化交流、情感互动以及海外国人惯于延续母国社会思维模式与行动等内容有深刻共鸣和感触。

Mr. Zhou Zhenbang shared with the audience the lessons learned from Chinese enterprises' participation in investment and development outside China, taking into account his own experience in the planning and construction of industrial parks. He suggested that he had deep resonance and feelings about transnational games, cultural exchanges, emotional interactions, and foreigners' habitual continuation of their home country's social mindset and actions, etc.

作为上大社会学院优秀毕业生与资深媒体人，程峰先生主张从费孝通先生的“各美其美，美人之美，美美与共，天下大同”出发来理解新一轮中国企业“走出去”，他认为现阶段中国文化“走出去”虽然面临着很多问题，但也有诸多机遇，中国企业与同胞在走出去时既要有文化自信又要尊重他者文化。

As an outstanding graduate of the School of Sociological and Political Science of Shanghai University and a senior media person, Mr. Cheng Feng advocated to understand the new generation of Chinese enterprises from the perspective of Mr. Fei Xiaotong's saying: "One should first of all respect one's own culture; and also appreciate the culture of others for the prosperity of human civilization"（各美其美，美人之美，美美与共，天下大同）. He believes that at this stage, although Chinese is facing a lot of problems, there are also a lot of opportunities for Chinese enterprises and compatriots to go out with cultural confidence and respect for other's culture.

马文俊先生带来了一段匈牙利华人华侨协会的视频，该视频展示了海外侨胞们和当地人们一起庆祝中国传统节日端午节的景象，在匈华人华侨与当地民众赛龙舟、包粽子，在欢声笑语与亲和尊重中共同分享中国文化的魅力。

Mr. Ma Wenjun brought a video of Hungarian Overseas Chinese Association, which showed the scene of overseas Chinese and local people celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival, a traditional Chinese festival, in which Hungarian Overseas Chinese and local people raced dragon boats, wrapped zongzi, and shared the charms of Chinese culture with laughter and affinity and respect.

在发布会最后，刘玉照主任特别感谢各位嘉宾同仁对于IESM发展的关心与支持。IESM成立于2019年7月份，在过去四年多时间间，虽然经历了疫情，但是已在13个国家开展了海外中国企业的田野调查，指导完成了9篇硕士论文，每篇研究都包含了大量关于中国企业走出去的鲜活案例与理论思考。本次专刊发布会，集中呈现了4位博士生的研究成果，在不久的将来，中心将会有更多精彩成果与大家分享。

At the end of the conference, Director Liu Yuzhao especially thanked all the guests and colleagues for their concern and support for the development of IESM.
